Services include but are not limited to roof inspections, installation and repair, siding work, gutter systems, window replacement, and home renovations.

2. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided by Aspire Contracting are non-binding and subject to change based on actual project conditions, scope of work, materials required, and other factors discovered during the course of the project. A formal written contract or proposal will govern the final terms of any engagement.

Estimates are valid for a limited time as stated on the estimate document. Material costs and availability may fluctuate, which can affect final pricing.

3. Insurance Claim Assistance

Aspire Contracting offers assistance with the insurance claims process, including documentation of damage, preparation of estimates for insurance adjusters, and guidance on navigating the claims process.

4. Warranties

Warranty coverage varies by project and is detailed in your individual service contract. Warranties may include:

• Manufacturer warranties: Certain materials carry warranties provided by the manufacturer. These warranties are subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions.
• Workmanship warranties: Where applicable, Aspire Contracting provides workmanship warranties as specified in your service agreement.

Warranties do not cover damage caused by acts of God, severe weather events occurring after project completion, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or failure to perform reasonable maintenance.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law:

• Aspire Contracting's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, regardless of the cause of action or theory of liability.
• We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, material shortages, supply chain disruptions, or actions by third parties.
